Amicus Services

Amicus Benefit is a unique client side employee benefit consulting firm, specializing in a dual phase
cost-containment strategy for employee benefit plans, through 1. membership services to employers, rather
than the alternative of providing services through an expensive commission based advisor, and 2. reducing
insurer based expenses inherent in high overhead pre-paid insurance services for health and dental care.

Amicus Phase I provides immediate savings, based on Amicus Membership, by removing the Agent's
Commissions from Health and Dental Care (about 80% of total Commissions). Membership will not require
a change in Insurers, and all Employee Benefits remain exactly as currently in place. Amicus Membership
Benefits are provided by licensed specialist Consultants, with decades of Employee Benefits experience.

Amicus Phase II is an optional process, based on Renewal Rate Analysis and the introduction of Health
Spending Accounts, which can reduced Health and Dental Care Premiums by 20% to 40% (or more); or by
implementing Health Spending Accounts to supplement the restricted benefits provided by Insurers, and pay
the deductibles (used to reduce Premiums), or providing additional non-taxable Executive Compensation.

Amicus Phase I and Phase II Savings are summarized on the Amicus Savings page. Amicus Membership
enrollment can be arranged at a time that's convenient for a meeting with decision makers of the Employer.
Providing Employee Benefits to attract and retain valuable Employees, is the Employer's objective, and the
objective of Amicus is to provide those Employee Benefits at the least expense to Member Employers.
